Service Description

Grading is the process of adjusting the slope, or angle, of your lawn, it may or may not be consistent throughout, the most common reason for grading is to move water away from your homes foundation, direct water to dedicated run off locations, or fix spots where there is standing water. When having your lawn graded we will take into account local code, environmental concerns, well as neighboring properties. Leveling is how smooth your lawn is. A lawn with natural hills can still be level. Leveling will create a more uniformed appearance, be more comfortable to walk on, and allow for more even mowing, creating an aesthetically pleasing lawn.
